Welcome to the official website of More-Wins LLC, doing business as Merwin’s Dogs (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing a puppy, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

General Information
All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate, up-to-date details, we make no guarantees regarding availability, health status, or specific characteristics of puppies unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
Responsible Breeding
We are committed to ethical, responsible breeding practices and the health and wellbeing of all animals in our care. Health records, vaccinations, and vet checks are provided as part of the sale process, and we encourage all customers to continue with proper veterinary care.
Puppy Sales & Deposits
All puppy sales are subject to written contracts. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Puppy availability is not guaranteed without a paid deposit and signed agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a sale at our sole discretion.
Health Guarantee
We offer a limited health guarantee, which will be outlined in a separate Puppy Purchase Agreement. Buyers are responsible for maintaining regular veterinary care and a healthy environment for their dog. No guarantees are made beyond those specified in the signed agreement.
No Breeding Without Rights
Puppies are sold as pets only unless breeding rights are explicitly purchased and documented. Unauthorized breeding of our dogs violates our terms and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
More-Wins LLC DBA Merwin’s Dogs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use or misuse of our website, products, or puppies. Buyers assume full responsibility for the health, behavior, and care of their dog once possession has been transferred.
Allergy & Health Disclaimers
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that no member of their household has pet allergies. We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues unrelated to the covered conditions in our health guarantee.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photos, text, logos, and design—is the property of More-Wins LLC or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from the use of this site or services shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.

Return and Refund Policy

At More-Wins LLC, doing business as Merwin’s Dogs, we are committed to the health and well-being of our animals and the satisfaction of our clients. However, due to the nature of live animals and the care we invest in responsible breeding, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

1. All Sales Are Final

All puppy sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including changes of mind, unforeseen personal situations, or incompatibility with the buyer’s household. By placing a deposit and/or purchasing a puppy, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

2. Replacements and Returns

Replacements or returns are not guaranteed and are offered strictly at the sole discretion of More-Wins LLC. Any potential resolution will be handled in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed Puppy Purchase Agreement. We reserve the right to evaluate each case individually and offer a solution only if we determine it to be appropriate and in the best interest of the animal.

3. Health Guarantee

We offer a limited health guarantee which is only valid if the buyer has signed a Puppy Purchase Agreement. This guarantee applies solely to genetic or congenital health issues and is limited to the first twelve (12) months from the puppy’s date of birth. Claims made outside of this period or without a signed buyer contract will not be honored.

The health guarantee does not cover:

Conditions caused by neglect, injury, or improper care
Allergic reactions
Non-life-threatening or treatable conditions
Issues resulting from unauthorized breeding

Veterinary documentation must be provided for any health concerns under consideration.

4. Return of Animals

We do not accept returned animals without prior written agreement. If a buyer is unable to keep their puppy for any reason, we may assist in rehoming at our discretion, but no compensation or refund will be provided.
